The partition wall systems consist of modules in standard width of 1000 mm with terminal elements made-to-measure. The height of the modules is variable to suit different project requirements, with the necessary tolerance to compensate for variations in height between the floor and the ceiling. The modules total thickness is 100 mm. The system can be equipped with a wide range of accessories and is designed to be moved and re-installed several times, without any modifications, in a fast and easy way. The partition wall is made up of a zinc-coated steel structure formed as per design requirements. The fastening of the panelled sections is achieved by means of a drop tongue and grove system. The panels consist of: 1. steel sheeting 6/10mm in thickness, boxed, externally pre-coated with PVC and with a protective film. A plasterboard sheet is inserted internally for soundproofing and to stiffen the module. The panels are pre-fitted for fastening onto the structure. 2. particleboard 18 mm in thickness, with a low-formaldehyde content, waxed with non-reflective finish and moulded edges on four sides. The panels are pre-fitted with drill-holes for accessories fastening. A mineral wool panel can be inserted in the cavity between the two panels forming the module, for additional soundproofing. The glazed areas consist of a pre-coated extruded aluminium double frame. Whatever their thickness, the glass panels are positioned on the same plane as the panelled sections, so as to eliminate any differences in level as well as dust deposits. The floor-to-ceiling glass module types are fitted with laminated or tempered safety glass as a standard. The connection profiles (90°, 45° angles, three-ways, head spacers, and so on) are designed to be used with any standard modules and have rounded edges to guarantee safety in case of accidental impact.
